a really good resort experience!

varied disheshelpful staffcracked pool tiles
The staff was genuinely hospitable. the buffet featured tasty, varied dishes. I especially liked the selection of desserts. the front desk staff was helpful and mindful of my time constraints. i greatly appreciated the availability of azza from guest relations via whatsapp, a useful feature.
during my stay, i observed ongoing maintenance. workers were painting curbs and constructing walls, surprising during peak season. additionally, there were several cracked pool tiles. some tiles seemed hastily glued back, with glue residue on my swimming shorts.

The hotel is close to the airport. It is only a 15-minute taxi ride away. i found this convenient. also the position provides direct access to a private beach where one can see a live coral reef, which i enjoyed a lot.

the room i had was very spacious and it had tea and coffee. also the bed was comfortable! i appreciated this a lot. however, the room was not the newest, but it was always perfectly clean, which i valued most.

The staff, across all levels, demonstrated kindness and helpfulness. the dive center staff was particularly notable. They were professional and friendly! i also think the service at the beach restaurant was great and the waiters nice.

mixed experience

unfriendly receptionistpoor housekeeping
The receptionist were not very friendly. i am with my two-year-old son. We are the only mixed-race family here, and i go to reception. i was not even acknowledged. i waited to speak to someone for over twenty minutes before i left as the receptionist was exchanging numbers with the guest. the staff in the restaurant have no customer service, and i saw everyone else getting drinks. no housekeeping was done. the bath needs replacing.

The hotel features a REALLY nice coral reef. You can enjoy views from every angle! We booked a club room. The secluded private beach with personal service was a gem. Tamer at the Beach bar is fantastic. The upgrade to club was unbelievable. We got our own private beach.
The swimming pool wasn't heated like written online. A slight disappointment.

Superb Hotel Experience

immaculate landscapingexcellent servicecomfortable room
The grounds were kept beautifully and the landscaping was immaculate. Mohammed, the lifeguard at the top pool, provided excellent service. He always ensured our comfort and safety. The room was spacious with a sea view. The daily cleaning kept the room consistently super clean and comfortable.
The music started early each day with the Kids Club, which at times felt a little overwhelming.
